Exit failed for batch: code &1, message &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You attempted to create a library or collection through the Query Manager profile. The request failed with a return code of &1 and a message ID of &2 for the batch job.
Recovery . . . : The return code and message ID should help you to determine the cause of the failed request. You may need to see the system administrator for help in correcting any errors.
