The value you entered is not valid DBCS data.

Cause . . . . . : The value you entered is not valid DBCS data. The DBCS string may contain an even number of characters, delimited by shift-out and shift-in characters on any line. To split a DBCS string on more than one line, end the first line with a shift-in character, and begin the next line with a shift-out character. If quoted, data must be preceded by the single quotation mark, and end with a single quotation mark (only) on the last line of data. There can be just one closed bracket per column.
Recovery . . . : Enter the value correctly. To be able to enter valid DBCS data, you must be using a DBCS-enabled machine.
