You do not have authority to use the SELECT statement.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The list of allowed SQL statements in your Query Manager profile does not include the SELECT statement. If you do not have authority to use the SELECT statement, you cannot create, change, or run SQL queries that contain the SELECT statement, and you cannot convert prompted queries to SQL.
Recovery . . . : If you have authority to use the prompted query creation mode, you can edit the query as a prompted query. If you feel that you should have authority to use the SQL SELECT statement, talk to your security administrator. Security administrators are the only users with the authority to allow and restrict your access to individual SQL statements.
