Specified function cannot be used on remote database.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The &5 function will work correctly on the local database, but cannot be used on the remote relational database which you are connected to. You are currently connected to &1, which is at Version &2 Release &3 Modification &4.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
1) Remove all functions that are not supported before Version &2 Release &3 Modification &4; then retry the request.
2) Connect to a System i remote relational database which is at the same release level as the local system; then retry the request.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Prompted queries that define expressions and select rows using SQL functions cannot be created when you are connected to a system with a release level that does not support these functions. See the DB2 for IBM i SQL Reference topic collection in the Database category in the IBM i Information Center book for more information on the SQL functions that are supported for each release.
