Multicopy instruction needed before query &1 in &2 is used.

Cause . . . . . : A data field instruction for a column list merge in your Office document refers to this query, which has a dependent value. A query with a dependent value uses data produced when a data field instruction for a multicopy merge is processed. The instruction for a multicopy merge must be placed in the document before the first data field instruction for a dependent column list merge. The instruction for a multicopy merge is not in your document or is not before the instruction for a dependent column list merge; therefore, the instruction for a dependent column list merge is ignored when your document is printed.
Dependent values are discussed in the Query User's Guide. Merging data with text is discussed in the Word Processing User's Guide.
Recovery . . . : Before using this data field instruction in your document, change the document to use the data field instruction for a multicopy merge before the instruction for the dependent column list merge, or use Query to change the query so dependent values are not used on the Select Records display.
