Field used to test field &7 is not compatible.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : &7 is a double-byte character set (DBCS)-open field or a DBCS-either field; therefore, the field on the right side of the test must be bracketed DBCS or single-byte character set (SBCS).
Recovery . . . : Change the fields used in the join test so that the fields have compatible data types. You must specify a bracketed DBCS field or a single-byte character set (SBCS) field to join to a DBCS-open or a DBCS-either field.
