Value used to test &7 is not compatible.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : &7 is a single-byte character set (SBCS) field; therefore, the value on the right side of the test must be a SBCS constant, or the name of a SBCS, double-byte character set (DBCS)-open, or DBCS-either field.
Recovery . . . : Type a value that is a SBCS constant enclosed in apostrophes, or type the name of a SBCS, DBCS-open, or DBCS-either field.
Examples:
-- ZIP EQ '55901'
-- NAME1 EQ 'SMITH'
-- NAME1 EQ NAME2.
