Value used to test field &7 must be date.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The tested field is a date field; therefore, the value must either be a date constant or a character field that contains a date.
Recovery . . . : Type a value that is the name of a date field, the name of a character field containing a date, or a character constant enclosed in apostrophes that is a date.
Examples:
-- DATE1 EQ '1991-02-04' International Standards Organization (ISO) format yyyy-mm-dd
-- DATE2 EQ '02/04/1991' IBM USA Standard (USA) format mm/dd/yyyy
-- DATE3 EQ '04.02.1991' IBM European Standard (EUR) format dd.mm.yyyy
-- STRDATE EQ ENDDATE
