Date, time, or timestamp constant not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The date, time, or timestamp constant is not correct for the format of the date, time, or timestamp.
The month, day, and year values must be in the correct range for the date format used. If a numeric value is specified for the date value, it must be between 1 and 3,652,059.
The hour and minutes must be in the correct range for the time format used.
The date and time values must be in the correct range for the timestamp format.
Examples:
-- '13/12/1990' A month value of 13 is too large for the date format month, day, year.
-- '25.12.33' An hour value of 25 is too large for the time format hours, minutes, seconds.
-- DATE(3780000) Value must be between 1 and 3652059.
Recovery . . . : Type a date, time, or timestamp value. Any SAA date, time, or timestamp format may be used. If an i5/OS date or time format is used, it must match the i5/OS format for the query. Press F17, Constants format, to see the i5/OS date and time formats that are allowed for this query.
