Date, time, or timestamp expression not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The date, time, or timestamp expression is not correct.
Some error examples follow:
-- Date1 + Date2 (Cannot add date fields. Cursor is at Date2.)
-- Date / Time (Cannot use divide or multiplication with date, time, or timestamp fields. Cursor is at Time.)
-- VALUE( Date, 3_byte_character_field ) (Where the 3_byte_character_field could not possibly contain a correct date value. It would be too short to hold a date string in any recognizable format. Cursor is at expression start.)
Recovery . . . : Correct the expression.
