Format specified for CHAR function not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The specified format is not correct for this function. The formats that can be specified are ISO, USA, EUR, JIS. The correct syntax is CHAR(expression,format). The first argument must be a date, time, or timestamp. The second argument, if specified, is the name of a format. If the first argument is a timestamp, do not specify a second argument.
Recovery . . . : Specify a format. If you do not specify a format, the date or time format specified for the job of the user running the query will be used. To get consistent results, it is recommended to always specify a format when you have a date or time as the first argument. For examples of dates and times using the different formats, press the help key with the cursor in the expression.
