Second argument of TIMESTAMP function must be time.

Cause . . . . . : You specified two arguments for the TIMESTAMP function. The second argument is not a time or is a field that cannot contain a time. The first argument must be a date constant or a field that may contain a date. The second argument must be a time constant or a field that can contain a time.
Recovery . . . : Type a time for the second argument of the timestamp function.
