Form type must be form name, *STD, or blank.

Message Long Text :

Recovery . . . : Type from 1 through 10 characters that identify the form type, leave the Form type prompt blank to use the value in the default printer device file used by Query, or type *STD to print the report on the form that is in the printer at the time the query is run. Blanks are not allowed in the form type. The form type value is ignored unless the output is spooled.
