Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : This authorization list is not usable; it has been damaged in some way.
Recovery . . . : If you need this authorization list, note its name and the library in which it is stored, then delete and redefine the authorization list. If this authorization list has had its definition printed or saved on the system, you can use that information to redefine it. (If you don't have the authority to delete the authorization list, you should notify its owner.) Or, you can use or create another authorization list.
