Field &7 and Value are not compatible.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A comparison between tested field &7 and a field or constant in the Value column cannot be done because they are not compatible. For example, if field &7 is a date field, the value that is not compatible might be a character field that is too short to contain a correct representation of a date in the format specified for your job.
Recovery . . . : Type a new test unless you are working on a saved query and can correct the problem by exiting Query for i5/OS and taking some action such as, for the example above, using the Change Job (CHGJOB) command to specify a different date format.
