Edit word does not match length for total summary function.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The number of digit positions in the total edit word does not match the output length of the total summary function on the numeric field. The length of a total field is 3 digits longer than the numeric field but not longer than 63 digits. Digit positions are represented by blanks and the first asterisk or zero. The field will be edited using the J edit code when the query is run.
Recovery . . . : Either change the output length for the field on the Specify Report Column Formatting display to match the number of digits in the total edit word, or change the total edit word in the Edit word for summary total prompt on the Specify Edit Word display to match the output length of the total field.
