Cause . . . . . : You are not allowed to store your query output in an output data base file in this library. You do not have the proper authority for the library.
Recovery . . . : If you want to use the specified library, ask the library owner (or the security administrator or security officer) to grant you the authority needed to use the library. To specify a different library, go to the Define Data Base File Output display in Query (or to the Change File Option display in interactive SQL), and type a library name in the Library prompt. Or, on the RUNQRY command, you can specify a different library name on the OUTFILE parameter.
