Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The edit code &1 is not valid for the data type &2. The edit code was not set in the form.
Recovery . . . : Refer to the Query Management Programming PDF in the Database category in the IBM i Information Center book to determine the valid edit codes for the different data types possible. Change either the edit code, the data type, or both to obtain a correct combination for the current application, and then try the request again. If no corrections are made, the default edit code will be set and used at run time.
