Field number &5 not recognized.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The field number &5 found in the T record on line &4 in form &3 was not recognized by query management. The field number specified was not one of the expected values and was ignored. The IMPORT process continues.
Recovery . . . : Defaults are used when possible. If you are unsatisfied with the report produced by using the resulting form, refer to the Query Management Programming PDF in the Database category in the IBM i Information Center book for valid field numbers. Correct the form and resubmit the operation.
