Warnings issued for line &4 of member &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You specified a value for the the V record on line &4 of member &3, file &2 in library &1 that caused a warning status on IMPORT, but processing continues.

Warnings were issued for one of the following reasons:
1. The value length specified was zero or was not specified.
2. The specified length is shorter than the data value.
3. The specified length is longer than the data value.
If the length was zero or not specified, the default value was set. If the length was shorter than the actual value, the specified length was used. If the specified length was longer than the actual data value, the value was set using the data found before the end of the record.
Recovery . . . : Ensure the V record fields are separated by delimiter characters, a valid length is given for the data value, and the length specified matches the actual data value length, and then try the request again.
