Cause . . . . . : You specified a value for a V record that caused an error on line &4 of form &3, file &2, in library &1 during the processing of an IMPORT command.
Recovery . . . : Ensure that the fields in the V record are separated by exactly one delimeter character and the length specified matches the actual length of the V record value, and then try the request again.
