Length override ignored for field &6.
Message Long Text :
Cause . . . . . : A length override for other than the purpose of column omission was specified for field &6 in the Query for iSeries query definition analyzed. This override will be ignored (not used to influence the column width) when the definition is converted for query management use because either the column heading or editing will not be resolved until run time.
Recovery . . . : Use the STRQMQRY command with information derived from this definition to see what happens when the length override is not used to influence the column width. If the loss of the length override is unacceptable, use the WRKQRY command to change the Query for iSeries query definition in a way that achieves the effect of the override. For example, define a result field with an expression that causes the desired size to be defaulted and substitute it for field &6 (use SUBSTR in the expression if &6 is a character field). You may also be able to get the effect you want by specifying overrides for both column heading and (for numeric fields) editing, so that the length override can be used to derive a column width.
