User or password not valid with relational database value.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When the relational database value is *NONE or *CURRENT, only the default values for user and password are valid. The default for user is *CURRENT and the default for password is *NONE.
Recovery . . . : Change the relational database to a value other than *NONE or *CURRENT, or change the user and password values to be the default values.
