The record length for record-address file &7 is not a multiple of 4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &7 with record length &6 was opened as a record address file for RPG procedure &1 in program &3/&2. The record length is divided by 4 to calculate the number of relative-record numbers to process for each record of this file, leaving a remainder of &11 bytes from each record which will be unused. The actual file is &8.
Recovery . . . : The library list may not be correct, or overrides may be in effect, causing the wrong file to be opened. If this is the case, correct the error and call the program again.
