Unable to allocate a record in file &7 due to referential constraint error (R C G D F).

Cause . . . . . : RPG procedure &1 in program &3/&2 at statement &4 is unable to allocate a record in file &7. The record may be allocated to another job, or the file may be locked by another job, so referential constraint could not be validated. The actual file is &8.
Recovery . . . : Check the job log for more information on the cause of the error and contact the person responsible for program maintenance to determine the cause of the problem.

R -- Retry the input operation.
D -- Obtain RPG formatted dump.
S -- Obtain system dump.
