Error encountered during &13 for file parameter &7.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : RPG procedure &1 in program &3/&2 encountered error &5 while attempting to resolve information for RPG keyword &14 associated with file &7.
If the keyword name begins with asterisk:
- *N indicates that no RPG keyword is associated with the problem
- *IBUF indicates that the expected input buffer was not available
- *OBUF indicates that the expected output buffer was not available
- *NULL indicates that the expected null-byte-map was not available.
The error was &5. If the error begins with asterisk:
- *REQ means that the file is required to have a variable associated with the keyword, but the actual file did not have an associated variable
- *TYPE means that the associated variable was found, but that it had an unexpected data type
- *VARLEN means that the associated variable was found, but that the current length for the varying length variable was out of range.
The actual file is &8. If the file begins with asterisk:
- *N/A* indicates that the actual file is unknown
- *SPECIAL indicates that the file is a SPECIAL file.
Recovery . . . : Check the job log for more information on the cause of the error and contact the person responsible for program maintenance.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Ensure that the calling procedure and called procedure define the file the same way. Ensure that all variables associated with the actual file contain valid values, and that the basing pointer is set correctly for any based variables associated with the file through File Specification keywords.
