System &1 on &3 cannot be deleted.

Message Long Text :
The system &1 on &3 cannot be deleted, because instance &2 of this system &1 still exists on &3. Use the command DLTR3INST SID(&1) INST(&2) on &3 to delete instance &2, then retry the operation.
