Instance number &2 for system &1 is not valid.

Message Long Text :
The configuration data in the streamfile for system &1, instance &2 is wrong. The instance number &2 for system &1 is not a valid number. Valid instance numbers range from 0 to 97. Change the instance number to a valid number and retry the operation.
