Unable to retrieve configuration data for instance &2 of system &1.

Message Long Text :
The attempt to retrieve the configuration of instance &2 of system &1 failed. The system id &1 or the instance number &2 may be not correct. Correct the system id or instance number or, use the CRTR3INST command to create the instance and retry the operation.
