Distributed relational database not supported by the remote system.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to connect to a Distribute Data Management (DDM) server that does not support Distributed Relational Database Architecture (DRDA).
On the remote system, the DDM manager class was &1 with manager level &2.
Recovery . . . : Change the program to connect to a relational database which supports DRDA.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The application server does not support an SQL application manager level of 3 or higher or does not support the External Name (EXTNAM), Server Class Name (SRVCLSNM), or Server Name (SRVNAM) parameter on the DDM Exchange Server Attributes (EXCSAT) command.
