Operator in JOIN condition not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : More than 1 JOIN condition is specified for a LEFT OUTER or an EXCEPTION JOIN and all the operators are not the equal operator (=). For these types of joins, if more than 1 JOIN predicate is specified, the equal operator must be used.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Remove the JOIN predicates that do not specify the equal operator or move the predicate to the WHERE clause.
-- Only specify a single JOIN predicate if an operator other than equal is required.
