Cause . . . . . : One of the following has occurred:
-- Procedure &1 with the same number of parameters already exists in schema &2. Procedures in a schema cannot have the same name and number of parameters.
-- Function &1 with the same signature already exists in schema &2. All functions in the same schema must have a unique signature. The database uses the name of the function and the number and data types of the arguments to determine the signature for the function.
Recovery . . . : Change the routine name or the parameters or drop the existing routine. Try the request again.
