Duplicate UNIQUE constraint exists for table &1 in &2.

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to add UNIQUE constraint &3 in &4. Table &1 in &2 already has a UNIQUE constraint that is a duplicate of the constraint being added. A UNIQUE constraint is a duplicate if the columns in the constraint are the same as the columns in another UNIQUE constraint, even if the columns are not in the same order. Constraint &1 cannot be added.
Recovery . . . : The constraint is already in effect. To change the name of the UNIQUE constraint, drop the duplicate constraint and try the request again.
