At least one result in CASE expression must be not NULL.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The NULL value, a parameter marker, or the RAISE_ERROR scalar function is specified for all results in a CASE expression. At least one result in a CASE expression must be a value other than NULL, a parameter marker, or the RAISE_ERROR scalar function.
Recovery . . . : Change the CASE expression to have at least one result expression following a THEN or ELSE keyword to be some value other than NULL, a parameter marker, or the RAISE_ERROR scalar function. Try the request again.
