Object &1 in &2 type *&3 not dropped. It is in use.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Object &1 in &2 type *&3 was not dropped because it is already being used by the same application process. If the object is a table, it may be in use by an open cursor. If the object is an SQL package, the package may currently be running.
Recovery . . . : If the object is a table, the cursor must be closed. If the object is an SQL package, the SQL package cannot drop itself. Try the drop request again.
