Cursor &1 specified in FOR statement not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Cursor &1 is specified as the cursor name on a FOR statement in an SQL procedure. The cursor cannot be specified on a FETCH, OPEN, or CLOSE statement within the FOR statement.
Recovery . . . : Remove the OPEN, CLOSE, or FETCH statement.
