UNDO specified for a handler not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : UNDO is specified for a handler in a compound statement in an SQL procedure, function, or trigger. UNDO cannot be specified unless the compound statement is ATOMIC. UNDO cannot be specified in a trigger.
Recovery . . . : Either specify an ATOMIC compound statement or specify EXIT or CONTINUE on the handler.
