Cause . . . . . : The RELEASE TO SAVEPOINT or ROLLBACK TO SAVEPOINT statement does not identify a savepoint that exists at the current savepoint level.
Recovery . . . : Correct the statement to use a valid savepoint name, then try the statement again.
