External file definition for &1 not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The source program has referred to an externally described file but the precompiler is unable to find the file. A list of the probable causes are:
-- The file has not been created.
-- The library containing the file is not in the library list.
-- The wrong name was specified for the file.
Recovery . . . : Correct the source program and run the precompile again.
