&1 Flagging -- Host variable &2 too long. Maximum length &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The &1 standard does not support the usage of fixed-length character host variables longer than 254 characters or fixed-length graphic host variables longer than 127 DBCS characters. Varying-length character host variables cannot be longer than 4000 characters (4001 for C NUL-terminated). Varying-length graphic host variables cannot exceed 2000 DBCS characters (2001 for C NUL-terminated graphic).
Recovery . . . : If compliance to the &1 standard is required, change the length of the host variable to be less than the maximum. Consider changing a fixed-length host variable to varying-length.
