&1 Flagging -- Column &2 longer than &3 characters.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The &1 standard does not support fixed-length character columns longer than 254 characters, varying-length character columns longer that 4000 characters, fixed-length graphic columns longer than 127 DBCS characters, or varying-length graphic columns longer than 2000 DBCS characters.
Recovery . . . : If compliance to the &1 standard is required, change the length attribute of the column to a valid value.
