&1 Flagging -- NOT NULL column must have default that is not NULL.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The &1 standard does not support a column definition where the column is NOT NULL but has a default of NULL.
Recovery . . . : If compliance to the &1 standard is required, change the statement to remove the NOT NULL clause from column &2 or specify a value other than NULL for the default value.
