&1 Flagging -- Declaration of &2 not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The declaration of &2 used extensions supported by DB2 for IBM i but are not valid in the &1 standard.
Recovery . . . : If compliance to the &1 standard is required, change the declaration of &2 to comply to the &1 standard. Precompile the program again.
For information on variable declarations supported by the &1 standard, refer to the ANSI X3.135-1992, ISO 9075-1992, and the FIPS 127.2 Entry Level standards.
