&1 Flagging -- Parameter name &2 not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The &1 standard does not allow the same parameter name to be specified more than once in the parameter list for CREATE PROCEDURE or CREATE FUNCTION. For an SQL procedure or function, all parameters must have a name.
Recovery . . . : If compliance to the &1 standard is required, correct the parameter names in this statement.
