Cause . . . . . : One of the following options was specified on CREATE PROCEDURE or CREATE FUNCTION for an SQL routine and is not allowed:
-- PARAMETER STYLE clause.
-- NO SQL clause.
-- LANGUAGE clause with a language other than SQL.
-- CAST in the RETURNS clause of a function.
Recovery . . . : If compliance to the &1 standard is required, change or remove the clause that is not correct.
