&1 Flagging -- Literal value not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The literal value specified for a date, time, or timestamp is not correct. A date literal must be in the form DATE 'YYYY-MM-DD'. A time literal must be in the form TIME 'HH:MM:SS'. A timestamp literal must be in the form TIMESTAMP 'YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS.xxxxxx'. Any part of the final seven timestamp characters may be omitted.
Recovery . . . : If compliance to the &1 standard is required, change the literal value to represent a valid date, time, or timestamp.
