Cause . . . . . : An access plan was not created for this query. Possible reasons may include:
-- Tables were not found when the program was created.
-- The query was complex and required a temporary result table.
-- Dynamic SQL was specified.
Recovery . . . : If an access plan was not created, review the possible causes. Attempt to correct the problem if possible.
