Cause . . . . . : The query optimizer has calculated the optimal number of tasks for this query based on the query attribute degree.
The table number refers to the relative position of this table in the query.
Recovery . . . : Parallel index create can improve the performance of queries. Even though the access plan was created to use the specified number of tasks for the parallel index build, the system may alter that number based on the availability of the pool in which this job is running or the allocation of the table's data across the disk units.

Technical description . . . . . . . . : Parallel index create can only be implemented when the system feature DB2 Symmetric Multiprocessing is installed on the system.
