The value of parameter &1 of function &2 is not within the valid range.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value of parameter &1 of function &2 is outside the valid range for that parameter. If the specified parameter is a structure, it may contain values that are within the valid range but are not valid when considered together. Some structures contain headers that specify the allocated size and how much of that size is being used. It is not valid for the allocated size to be less than the used size.
Recovery . . . : Correct the specified parameter and call the function again.
