Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : SQL program &1 in &2 was created without specifying a value for the RDB parameter on the CRTSQLxxx command.
Recovery . . . : Use the CRTSQLxxx command to create the program and specify the name of the relational database server for the RDB parameter.
